Preheat oven at 180ºC. Spread an aluminium sheet on a baking tray.2. Take chicken cubes in a bowl. Add ginger-garlic paste, salt and pepper powder and mix well. Set aside for 10 minutes.3. Combine cheese, green chilli and chopped coriander in another bowl and mix well. Add mace powder and nutmeg powder and mix again.4. Add egg and mix well. Add chicken and mix well. Add cream and mix well. Refrigerate to marinate for 2 hours.5. Skewer the marinated chicken cubes onto satay sticks, put the sticks on the tray, put the tray in the preheated oven and cook for 10 minutes, basting with butter at intervals.6. Serve hot.
