Chicken Keema Pakora is loaded with flavour, and the tender chicken keema inside just enhances the whole experience beautifully.

CHICKEN KEEMA PAKORA

Ingredients

250 grams chicken mince
2 medium onions, peeled and roughly chopped
2 green chillies, roughly chopped
Oil for deep-frying
½ teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
Salt to taste
5-6 fresh coriander sprigs
2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
2-3 tablespoons gram flour (besan)
½ teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
Green chutney for serving
Tomato ketchup for serving

Method

1. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
2. Blend together chicken mince, onions, green chillies, garam masala powder, chilli powder, salt, torn coriander sprigs, ginger-garlic paste and gram flour in a food processor into a smooth mixture. Transfer in a bowl.
3. Drop in portions of chicken mixture directly in hot oil and deep-fry on medium heat till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
4. Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
