Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. 2. Blend together chicken mince, onions, green chillies, garam masala powder, chilli powder, salt, torn coriander sprigs, ginger-garlic paste and gram flour in a food processor into a smooth mixture. Transfer in a bowl.3. Drop in portions of chicken mixture directly in hot oil and deep-fry on medium heat till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. 4.
