How to make Chicken Rezala watch all steps only on India food network. Gitika show's you how to spice up your Sunday lunch with some mouth watering Chicken Rezala! Ingredients:4 tbsp of Vegetable oil4 Red chilies1 Cinnamon3 bay leaves3 Elaichi/Cardmom4-5 cloves1 Large onion paste1 tsp ginger garlic paste1 bowl of Chicken (Marinated with Onion paste, ginger garlic paste and chopped Green chilies for 2-3hrs)Salt to taste2 tsp of Poppy seeds paste2 tsp of Cashew nut pasteSugar1 cup Curd1 Cup WaterPinch of chilly powder1 tbsp of GheeMethod:Heat the vegetable oil in a pan. Add chillies, cinnamon, bay leaves, cardamom, cloves and onion paste and mix well. After it's cooked, add ginger garlic paste and cook well. Next add marinated chicken, salt and cook for 5 minutes with the lid on. Now it's time to add poppy seeds paste and cashew nuts paste. Mix well. Add sugar if you want. Cook it with the lid on for 2-minutes. Add curd, water and mix well. Add a pinch of chilly powder. Cook for 15-20 minutes with the lid on a low flame. Top it with Ghee for a nice aroma. Serve it in a bowl.
