Do try !CHILLI CHEESE PARANTHAIngredients1 cup whole wheat flour (atta)½ cup refined flour (maida) + for dusting 1 teaspoon crushed green chillies1 teaspoon red chilli flakes½ cup grated processed cheese½ cup grated mozzarella cheese Salt to taste1 tablespoon oil½ tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leavesButter for basting Method1. Knead together wheat flour, refined flour, salt, oil and sufficient water to a stiff dough. 2. Mix together processed cheese, mozzarella cheese, green chillies, chilli flakes, salt and coriander leaves in another bowl. 3. Divide the dough into equal portions, stuff each with a spoonful of cheese mixture, shape into balls, dust with flour and roll out into paranthas. 4. Heat a non-stick tawa. Place paranthas on it and roast till evenly done from both the sides, basting with butter. 5. Serve hot with pickle and yogurt.
