CHILLI MUSHROOM FRIED RICEIngredients4 green chillies, finely chopped1½ cups sliced fresh button mushrooms3 cups cooked rice3 tablespoons oil1 inch ginger, finely chopped6-8 garlic cloves, chopped5-6 spring onions, finely chopped½ teaspoon white pepper powdersalt to taste1 tablespoon soy sauce3-4 spring onion greens, finely choppedMethod1. Heat the oil in a wok; add the ginger, garlic and green chillies and stir-fry for two minutes.
