Chocolate Mousse Shots | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

These fuss-free, easy chocolate mousse shots are hassle free and takes few minutes to put together! Go ahead give it a try.

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE SHOTS - (Serves - 4)
Ingredients

120 grams dark chocolate, chopped
60 ml fresh cream
2 egg yolks
1 egg
60 grams castor sugar
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 cup whipped cream
Chocolate shavings for garnishing

Method

1. Heat cream in a non-stick pan and once it comes to a slight boil, turn off heat. Add chocolate and mix well.
2. Place the egg yolks and the egg in the upper bowl of a double boiler. Add sugar and whisk well to make a sabayon.
3. Add the chocolate ganache to the sabayon and fold to mix. Add orange juice and mix well. Add whipped cream and fold well.
4. Fill the mixture into a piping bag and pipe into individual shot glasses. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or till set.
5. Garnish with chocolate shavings and serve.
