Make this Green Channa Pulao Recipe In Hindi at home and share with us your experiences in the comments section below.Please click on the CC button for English subtitles!Ingredients:-1 cup choliya2 cups basmati rice2 tbsp ghee1 cup onions sliced1/2 cup potato diced1/4 cup tomato sliced1 tsp ginger garlic green chilly paste1/2 tsp turmeric1/2 cup coconut milk4 cups water3 bay leaves4-5 green cardamom 2 black cardamom7-8 cloves1 inch cinnamon sticks1 small stone flower1 piece maceSalt as requiredGarnish1/4 cup fresh coconut gratedMethod:-- Heat ghee in a pan and add bay leaves, cloves, stone flower, black cardamom, green cardamom, mace and cinnamon.- Cook until the masalas emit an aroma and then add the onion. Add salt and cook for a minute on medium flame.- Add ginger-garlic-green chilli paste and mix well. Cook for 30 seconds and add turmeric powder, potatoes and choria.- Now add the rice, coconut milk, water and salt. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes on high flame.- Add tomatoes, grated coconut and turn the flame low.
