Chopping different ingredients for meal prep #foodprep

Major time hack for meal prep coming at ya!

Simple preps are the best but Ive been using @DalesSeasoning to kick up the flavor in my preps lately and I am obsessed!

Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast
2 Tbsp Dales Seasoning Original
1 small pineapple
1 red bell pepper
3 cups broccoli
2 cups shaved brussel sprouts
Olive oil
Salt

How to make:
- Pre heat your oven to 425.
- Shave your Brussels sprouts and set to the side.
- Slice your bell pepper into long cuts, and cut your pineapple into rings.
- Next, cut your chicken into small slices, set into a separate bowl and add two tablespoons of Dales seasonings.
- Mix together.
- Place everything onto a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and salt, and place into the oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove the pan, let it cool and then distribute into your meal prep containers and enjoy through the week!
