Ingredients:1 lb chicken breast2 Tbsp Dales Seasoning Original1 small pineapple1 red bell pepper3 cups broccoli2 cups shaved brussel sproutsOlive oilSaltHow to make:- Pre heat your oven to 425. - Shave your Brussels sprouts and set to the side. - Slice your bell pepper into long cuts, and cut your pineapple into rings. - Next, cut your chicken into small slices, set into a separate bowl and add two tablespoons of Dales seasonings. - Mix together. - Place everything onto a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and salt, and place into the oven for 25 minutes. - Remove the pan, let it cool and then distribute into your meal prep containers and enjoy through the week!Tag me if you make this! #mealprep #dalesseasoning #dalespartner #howdoyoudoyourdales #food #recipe #mealprwp #mealprepmondays
