Chutney for Mysore Masala Dosa- This chutney recipe for dosa is used as a spread for Mysore masala dosa. You can now make Mysore dosa easily at home and serve it to your loved ones with a pinch of love.

CHUTNEY FOR MYSORE MASALA DOSA

Ingredients

½ cup roasted split Bengal gram (daalia)
3-4 dried red chillies, broken
4-5 garlic cloves
½ tablespoon lemon juice
Salt to taste

Method

1. To make chutney, put roasted Bengal gram, dried red chillies, garlic, lemon juice and salt with sufficient water in a blender jar and blend to a smooth paste.
2. Transfer into a bowl and serve with mysore masala dosa.
