Place in a large bowl, drizzle lemon juice, and sprinkle sugar over the apples. Toss to make sure all is coated.2 Halve grapes and add to the apples. Dice celery and add to the bowl along with walnuts.3 In a small mixing bowl add greek yogurt, mayonnaise, and salt.
