Full recipe for COLD YOGURT SOUP Ingredients:1 cup wheat1 kg yogurt4-5 (~400 g) small beets1-1.5 L water (for boiling the beets) *1 tbsp salt2-3 tbsp cold-pressed olive oil(*) Beets should be submerged such that there are 2 cm (minimum) of water above themDirections:PREPARING THE WHEATMeasure 1 cup of wheat grains, wash and drain themBoil 5 cups (~1 L) of water in a potAdd the wheat into the boiling water and cook for 35-40 minutes on low heatMake sure the grains become very soft!Let it cool down to room temperature. Then, chill the cooked wheat in the fridge for 3-4 hours, or overnightPREPARING THE BEETSThoroughly wash the beet rootsPlace them into a pot and submerge the beets until there is 2-3 cm of water over them. To preserve their bright colour, do not skin the beets before cooking them.
