Cook for 7-8 minutes, then drain and pat dry.2 In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the diced onion and cook for 5 minutes.3 Add the minced garlic and saut for 1 more minute.4 Add the potatoes and corned beef to the skillet and gently stir to combine.5 Reduce the heat to medium and use a spatula to break up the hash into smaller pieces, if desired. Press the mixture down in the skillet to ensure even browning. Cook for 7-8 minutes without flipping.6 Flip the hash and cook for another 7-8 minutes until it is browned to your liking.7 Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
