Crispy Cashew-nuts Okra | Vahchef - VahRehVah

Cashew nut okra is a mouth watering Indian tea time snack very easy to prepare and tasty.

INGREDIENTS:

Okra 8-10 nos
Curry leaves 2 springs
Cashew nut(broken) ½ cup
Carom seeds ¼ tsp
Red chilly powder ½ tsp
Salt To taste
Vinegar 1 tbs
Rice flour 1 tbs
Chickpea flour ¾ cup
Oil To fry
Chat masala 2 pinch

METHOD:

1. Cut okra like as shown in video and chop curry leaves.

2. Soak broken cashew nut in water for some time.

3. Take a bowl, add okra, curry leaves, carom seeds, red chilly powder, salt, soaked cashew nuts, vinegar, rice flour, chickpea flour, oil and mix nicely.

4. Drop in the pakodi using hand in hot oil. Transfer into a plate and mix chat masala.

5. Now crunchy cashew nut okra is ready to serve.
