Crispy Tofu Chips
1 serving

INGREDIENTS
150g silk tofu
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
Black pepper, to taste

PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, mix silk tofu, Parmesan cheese, and salt until it forms a paste.

2. Spread the mixture onto a sheet of cooking paper. and put some pepper

3. Set the microwave to 600W and microwave for 8 minutes. If it's still undercooked, microwave for an additional minute at a time until it's done.

4. Take out the tofu chips from the microwave and break them into bite-size pieces.

5. Enjoy!
