Ingredients
150 gm. Masoor Dal (Pink Lentil), soaked and ground to paste
1 Tsp. Haldi (Turmeric Powder)
Salt As Per Taste
1 Tsp. Coriander Powder
1 Tsp. Jeera (Cumin) Powder
Chilli Powder
1 Tsp. Chopped Garlic
½ Tsp. Ginger
2 Medium Sized Chopped onions
Oil For Frying

Method:
1. Mix soaked and grinded dal, onions, garlic, ginger, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and salt in a mixing bowl.
2. Deep fry the pakodas in hot oil on a medium flame till they turn golden brown.
3. Serve with chutney or ketchup.

Tip
Make sure that the batter is not too thin; otherwise the pakoras will become flat
