Here showing How to make Dates ladoo

Ingredients :
- Dates (Khajoor)
- Dry coconut
- Ghee
- Almonds
- Cashew nuts
- Peanuts (groundnut)
- Sesame seeds(Til)
- Ginger (Sunth) powder

Preparation :

- Roast peanuts (Groundnuts)
- Roast Sesame seeds(Til)
- Add peanuts and Sesame seeds and grind well
- Heat ghee in pan.
- Add dates into pan and cook for 4 to 5 minutes
- Stir dates untill losses its moistness.
- Add peanuts and sesame seeds miture.
- Add Ginger (sunth) powder
- Stir for a minute
- Add coconut powder
- Add Almond and Cashew
- Turn off gas and cool down the mixture
- Make small size round shape ladoo from mixture.
