So here is the Recipe for you all who have requested us for Dhaga Kabab recipe.#DhagaKabab #Kabab #beefkababIngredients: 900g Beef mince Salt to taste 2 tbsp Red chili powder 1 tbsp Cumin seeds 1 tbsp Coriander seeds 4 Green cardamom 4 Black cardamom 1 tsp Black peppercorn 2 Cinnamon sticks 4 Mace 2 Bay leaf 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Papaya paste 2 tbsp Coriander chopped 2 tbsp Mint chopped 2 tbsp Green chilies chopped 1 cup Onion chopped 2 ½ tbsp Roasted masala Thread as required Directions: In a fry pan roast cumin seeds, coriander seeds, green cardamom black cardamom, black peppercorn, cinnamon stick, mace and bay leaf. Then grind all the spices and keep aside. Take a bowl add beef mince, salt, red chili powder, roasted masala, ginger garlic paste, onion, papaya, green chilies, coriander chopped and mint chopped. Mix it well and keep in refrigerator for 2 hours. Take a steel skewer and thread mince on it and make kebabs. Wrap thread on it. Cook on charcoal until completely cooked.
