For Protein:
Ground beef, Salmon, Eggs

Vegetables: Broccoli, Asparagus

Carbs: @MinuteRiceUS Cups (Brown Rice & Quinoa has been my favorite lately)

Here is a quick 15 minute meal prep idea for this week:

I baked the Salmon (400 degrees for about 12 minutes), Steamed the broccoli and microwaved the Minute Rice Cups.

This literally took me 15 minutes and I have healthy, and tasty food prepped for the week
