In a bowl add mayonnaise, honey Dijon mustard, ketchup, hot sauce, lemon juice, lettuce leaves, onion and pickle cucumber. Mix all the ingredients well and your sauce is ready.Directions for Donuts Preparation:2. In a glass add warm milk, sugar, egg and yeast. Mix well and let it rest for 5 minutes.3. In a bowl add flour, salt, yeast mixture, butter and mix them well. Knead and form a shaggy dough ball.4. Cover with cling film and let it rest for 30-35 minutes near warm place or until double in size.5. Take the dough and knead it again for 2-3 minutes. Now divide it into 8 equal parts. Lightly flatten the dough, make a hole in the center and give it a donut shape.6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before frying. 7. Heat oil on a frying pan and fry the donuts on medium low flame until light golden in color. Take off flame and set aside.Directions for Assembling:8.
