Dry Fruit Chaat /Fruit Chaat
This refreshing and healthy chaat can be enjoyed as an evening snack or to fill in the gap between meals.This chaat contains the benefits of Dry fruits and fruits simultaneously. It is a very healthy option specially for those who wanna reduce weight but can`t starve themselves.It makes you full for longer time.
This is very easy to make and delicious in taste and healthy too.
Let's start making this colorful, chatpati ,heathy dry fruit and fruit chat with a dash of imli ki chutney.

Ingredients :
Almonds 1/2 cup
Cashews 1/2 cup
Peanuts 1/2 cup
Green Grapes 1/2 cup
Black Grapes 1/2 cup
Pomegranate 1/2 cup
Black salt
Chat masala
Lemon juice
Imli ki chutney

Method:
1.Roast the Nuts in a pan with salt.For this Add salt in a pan and heat it on high flame, once it gets hot then add almonds in it and roast them for 5-7 minutes on medium high flame.
after almonds get roasted and cracks starts appearing on almond ,remove them from salt and kept them aside.
After this add cashews in salt and roast them on low flame for 2-3 minutes or till light golden brown spots comes on the cashews.
After them remove them also on plate.
2.Take a bowl. Add roasted cashews, roasted almonds, peanuts, green grapes, black grapes, pomegranate seeds. Add black salt, chat masala and lemon juice and mix them well .
3.At the end , add Imli ki chutney (Tamarind Dates chutney) in this material and again mix well .
4.Our Dry Fruit chaat is ready
