Ingredients:
WHOLE WHEAT EGGLESS DOUBLE CHOCOLATE WALNUT MUFFINS

1 CUP CURD / YOGHURT
1 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1 &1/4 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
1/2 TEAS SPOON OF BAKING SODA
1/2 CUP FLAVOURLESS OIL
1 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT
3/4 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
3/4 CUP WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
1/4 CUP COCOA POWDER
1/4 CUP DARK CHOCOLATE, CHOPPED ROUGHLY
2-3 TABLESPOONS ROASTED WALNUTS, CHOPPED

EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFIN
1 Cup curd/Yoghurt
3/4 Cup Castor Sugar
1/2 Cup Oil (any flavourless- I used Canola)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 & 1/4 Teaspoon baking powder
1/2 Teaspoon baking soda
1 &1/2 Cup All purpose Flour
1/2 Cup chocolate chips
Makes 10-12 Muffins

Eggless Apple Streusel Muffins
FOR CRUMBLE:
cup All Purpose Flour (60 grams)
a pinch of Salt
cup Cold butter
2 tablespoons Instant Oats
3 tablespoons Walnuts
3 tablespoons Sugar

FOR BATTER:
1 cup - All Purpose Flour(120 grams)
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
1 Apple(peeled, cored & chopped)
cup Milk (120 ml)
cup Brown Sugar (100 grams)
4 tablespoons any flavourless Oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Eggless Cranberry & chocolate Chip Muffins

All-purpose flour/Maida - 1 cup
Salt - tsp
Dried cranberries - 1/4 cup
Chocolate chips - 1/4 cup
Yoghurt/Curd - 100 grams
Baking Soda 2/3 teaspoon
Baking Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Caster sugar - 3/4 cup
Any flavourless oil
Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Milk - 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup
