It is tasty enough!!!---------------------------------Easy TiramisuDifficulty: Very EasyTime: 15min + cooling timeNumber of servings: 2Ingredients:100ml whipping cream2 tbsp. granulated sugar100g (3.5oz.) mascarpone cheeseCoffee Syrup* 2 tsp. instant coffee* 1 tbsp. granulated sugar* 50ml hot water6 biscuits * ladyfingers (Savoiardi), sponge cake, or Kasutera are okayunsweetened cocoa powderDirections:1. Mix the Coffee Syrup ingredients together. Place the biscuits in a flat container and pour the syrup over them.2. Beat whipping cream and granulated sugar with an electric mixer until creamy.3. Add mascarpone cheese and mix with a spatula.4. Layer the cream and biscuits in serving cups (about 3 layers). Keep in the fridge for at least two hours (or overnight) to set.5.
