Not all vegan burgers can call themselves big healthy plant based burgers, but this one sure can! Whole food ingredients can make a really satisfying burger, we use quinoa as our starch here and gram flour as our high protein binder so it holds together in the bun. We highly rate this recipe as its a great way of sneaking extra veg into your diet, our kids wouldn't normally want kidney beans and quinoa but they rarely complain when we hand them this burger jam packed with them.
