Egg & Baked Bean with Chicken Gyoza

Using CPs Chicken Gyoza to create another #onepanmeal with potato, baked bean & egg in 5 easy steps. You can serve this with pasta, toast or steamed rice depends on your preference

Ingredients
8 CP Chicken Gyoza
1 medium potato, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 can baked beans in tomato sauce
6 cherry tomato, halved
1 green chilli / spring onion, sliced
150ml water + 1/4 tsp cornstarch
2-4 eggs

Method
1. In a frying pan, saut potato and onion with 1 tbsp of oil on Low heat for 3 minutes
2. Make some space and arrange chicken gyoza in pan and fry for another 2 minutes till browned on its base
3. Next pour in cornstarch water, cover and cook for another 5 minutes
4. Lastly scatter in cherry tomato and baked bean then make some well to crack in egg
5. Cover and simmer for another 2 minutes or until egg is cooked till your preference then remove pan and serve
