Check out the recipe for this simple and easy to make Egg Hara Masala EGG HARA MASALAIngredients6-8 eggs, boiled, peeled and cut into half1 medium bunch of fresh coriander 1 medium bunch of fresh mint 2 green chillies1 tablespoon oil1 bay leaf2-3 cloves2 green cardamoms1 inch cinnamon stick1 teaspoon cumin seeds1 tablespoon chopped garlic2 medium onions, choppedSalt to taste2 teaspoons garam masala powder1 tablespoon fresh creamMethod1. Combine broken green chillies, roughly chopped coriander and mint in a blender jar and blend into a thick smooth paste using water as required.2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan. Add bay leaf, cloves, cardamoms, cinnamon and cumin seeds and sauté for a minute.3. Add garlic and sauté till garlic turns light golden. Add onion and sauté for two minutes.4. Add ground paste, mix well, cover and cook for two to three minutes. Add eggs, mix well and toss. Add salt, mix well and sauté for ten seconds. 5. Add garam masala powder and mix well.
