We've been craving Korean BBQ lately!

Instead of going out for the usual Samgyeopsal (Pork Belly) or Chadolbaegi (Thin Beef Cuts), we're staying home to make Yukjeon! Yukejon is the Korean word for Pan-Fried Battered Beef. It's made using Eye of Round cut - which is the same cut for making deli roast beef. Typically, we make this Yukjeon for Korean Thanksgiving. But it also tastes great served as a rice bowl!
