EXTRA Veggie Coconut Fried Rice

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 medium onion Diced
1 inch Minced Ginger
2 Habanero pepper
1 bay leaf
3 cups Basmati Rice
1 cup Chicken stock
1 can Coconut milk
3 stalks Green onions
12 ounces carrots and peas and sweet corn
2 Tsp Seasoning powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp Curry powder
1 lb Beef liver cooked and diced

For the Shrimps:
1 lb raw shrimp
3 tbsp butter or coconut oil
tsp salt
tsp ground black pepper
tsp ground paprika
