Ingredients:

How to Store Strawberries: 00:13
-Water as required
-Sirka (Vinegar) Cup
-Strawberry 1 kg

Strawberry Shake with Frozen Strawberries: 01:04
-Ice cubes as required
-Frozen strawberries 2 Cups
-Bareek cheeni (Caster Sugar) 4 tbs or to taste
-Doodh (Milk) 500 ml
-Ice cream vanilla flavor 2 scoops

Directions:

How to Store Strawberries: 00:13
-In a bowl,add water,vinegar,strawberries and soak for 2-3 minutes then strain & pat dry with paper towel.
-Remove head & cut into four pieces.
-Freeze on a tray for 4-5 hours then transfer to a zip lock bag.
-Can be stored in freezer for up to 2-3 months.

Strawberry Shake with Frozen Strawberries: 01:04
-In a blender jug,add ice cubes,frozen strawberries,caster sugar,milk,ice cream & blend well.
-Decorate serving glass with strawberry syrup,add strawberry shake & refrigerate until its chilled.

-Bowl mein pani,sirka aur strawberries dal dein aur 2-3 minutes kliya soak ker lein phir paper towel sa pat dry ker lein.
-Head ko remove ker lein aur 4 pieces mein cut ker lein.
-Tray mein dal ker 3-4 hours kliya freeze ker lein phir zip lock mein transfer ker lein.
-2-3 months kliya freezer mein store ker saktay han.
