A must try !FRIED NOODLE BHELIngredients200 grams noodles, boiled Oil for deep-frying 2 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and cut into small cubes 1 medium onion, finely chopped ½ cup bean sprouts ½ small raw mango, peeled and finely chopped ¼ cup peanuts, roasted and crushed 2-3 tablespoons green chutney 1 tablespoon Schezwan sauce Salt to taste 3-4 tablespoons sweet tamarind chutney 1 tablespoon sliced spring onion greens + for garnishing Method1. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry noodles till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. 2. Transfer fried noodles in a bowl and crush lightly. Add onions, bean sprouts, peanuts, mangoes, potato, green chutney, tamarind chutney, Schezwan sauce and salt and mix well. Add spring onion greens and mix well. 3.
