Ingredients For Fruit cake:
250 gm Butter
250 gm Sugar Powder
5-6 Eggs
½ TSP Vanilla Essence
250 gm Maida
1 & ½ Baking Powder
1 & ½ TSP Fruit Preserve
Coconut Oil (As Needed)
Instructions for Fruit Cakes:
First of all, take a bowl. Add Butter, Sugar Powder and mix them well
Then add Eggs, mix it again
Now add Vanilla Essence, mix it by adding Maida
After this, add Baking Powder
Next, add Fruit Preserves. Then mix it
Take a mold, apply coconut oil at this mold.
Keep a butter paper in this mold and paste the mixture in it.
Its time for Oven Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180-200
Your Yummy Fruit Cakes are ready to serve
