Gajrela Recipe, Gajar ka halwa recipe, Gajarpaag, Gajarpak, Authentic Carrot Dessert #Gajarhalwa #CarrotHalwa #HalwaRecipeIngredients : Peeled carrots (गाजर ) - 4 (500 gms ) Sugar (चीनी ) - 1/2 cup (125 gms ) Cashews (काजू ) - 10 to 12 Almonds (बादाम ) - 10 to 12 Full cream milk (फुल क्रीम दूध ) - 500 ml Ghee (घी ) - 1 tsp Green Cardamoms (इलाइची) - 4 How to make Gajrela : 1. Put 500 ml full cream milk to boil. Turn on flame. 2. Take 4 washed and peeled carrots (500 gms). Remove both the ends from the carrot.Grate the carrots. Making: 3. Once milk is boiled well, Add grated carrot to the milk.Mix it.Cook until dense.4. Chop almonds into fine pieces, ashews into 2 halves. Grind and peel 4 green cardamoms.5. Check if the Gajrela has reached the desired consistency. Add sugar and mix well.6. Meanwhile to roast dry fruits. Turn on flame, heat ghee in a pan. When ghee melts,Add cashews and almonds. Slightly roast them. Save some for garnishing. 7. Add the roasted dry fruits to the gajrela, Add cardamom powder to it, mix well.Serving : 8. Mouth drooling Gajrela is ready.Take it out in a bowl.
