300ml Dashi Stock (1.27 cups)
1/2 tsp Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp Salt
120g Steamed Rice (4.2 oz)
10g Carrot, shredded (0.35 oz)
1 Shiitake Mushroom, thinly sliced
35g Garlic Chives (1.2 oz)
1 Egg

* 1 tablespoon (tbsp) = 15 ml, 1 teaspoon (tsp) = 5 ml
