Gobi 65 is a South Indian snack cum starter recipe loved by everyone.It is a very popular street food in india.This super crunchy and delicious appetizer is made from deep fried cauliflower florets coated with a spicy batter.Ingredients:Cauliflower- 2 mediumRice flour- 1 cupCorn flour- 3/4 cupTurmeric powder- 1/2 tspSalt- As neededGinger garlic paste- 1 tspCurd- 1/2 cupRed chilli powder- 1.5 tspJeera powder- 1 tspCoriander powder- 1 tspGaram masala powder- 1 tspSpring onion- 1/2 cupOil- As neededDirections:1.Cut cauliflower into small florets. Mix 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp turmeric in hot water.Keep the florets in hot water for 3 minutes. Drain the water and keep it on a dry cloth.2. Prepare the batter by mixing cornflour, rice flour, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, ginger garlic paste, yogurt and salt in a bowl. Add water in small amounts to make it into a thick paste.3.
