Greek Roasted Pork with Lemony Potatoes Classic Gourounopoula Recipe

This is a recipe for Greek roasted pork with lemony potatoes right out of the village. Filled with all the flavours of the small Greek village, this is a classic gourounopoula recipe typical of Sunday lunch or dinner in Greece. This is not only a super delicious recipe, it's also very easy to prepare. Serve with a village salad (horiatiki) and you have the perfect meal that everyone will love.

INGREDIENTS LIST:

- 4-6 lbs. pork shoulder roast (fat ON!!!)
- 2-3 lbs. potatoes
- 1/2 cup Greek extra virgin olive oil
- 4-6 cloves garlic
- Greek dried oregano
- Juice of 2-3 lemons
- Salt & pepper to taste
