A fancy starter for any party, fresh spring onion greens and red chillies stuffing, this roll stands out amongst all and is surely a must-try!GREEN ONION ROLLIngredients1¾ cups refined flour + dusting1 cup chopped spring onion greens1 tsp baking powder2 tsps castor sugarSalt to taste2 tbsps milk powder2 tsps activated yeast1 tbsp Sriracha sauce2 tbsps melted butter5-6 fresh red chillies, choppedBlack sesame seeds for sprinklingSoy dip to serveMethod1. In a bowl, sieve flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, whisk well. Add milk powder and mix well. 2. Make a well in the center, add yeast, Sriracha sauce, and sufficient water, mix well. Knead to soft dough.3. Add butter and knead to smooth dough. Cover with a cling wrap and set aside to prove.4. Knock back the dough, and divide into equal portions. Dust flour on the worktop, and roll a portion into an oblong shape. 5. Brush water, add spring onion greens, red chillies, sprinkle a little black sesame seeds, and roll it tightly. Pinch the end to seal it.6. Brush a little water on top, seal the roll tightly. Cut into half, cover and prove for 15-20 minutes.7. Heat sufficient water in a steamer, grease the steamer pan, place the prepared rolls and steam for 12-15 minutes.8.
