2.2 lb (1 kg) Korean Fish Cakes
4 Jalapeno Peppers
1/2 Large Onion
7 Green Onions
6 Cloves Garlic
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Cold Water
1 Tbsp Roasted Sesame Seeds
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
