Loads of spinach and green peas, these bite-sized Hara Bhara Kebabs are perfect when you are bored of your regular starter recipes!HARA BHARA KEBABIngredients½ cup spinach puree½ cup boiled and mashed green peas1 tbsp oil + to grease + for deep frying1 inch ginger, chopped2 green chillies, finely chopped2 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled, mashed½ tsp chaat masala½ tsp garam masala powderSalt to taste2-3 tbsps corn flour6-7 cashew nuts, halvedTomato ketchup to serveMethod 1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add ginger and green chillies. Sauté for a minute on medium heat. Add spinach puree and combine well. Add green peas and cook on medium heat till mixture is dry. Switch off heat. Remove and set aside.2. Add the cooked mixture, potatoes, chaat masala, garam masala powder, salt and corn flour in a bowl. Mix well.3. Grease your palms with oil and take a portion of the mixture and shape it into a kebab. Place a cashew nut half on top and press it gently.4. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, deep fry the prepared kebabs till crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.5.
