Healthy, easy, and quick to make beetroot sabzi.this is a salad ingredient we get almost all season round.when we forget to get vegetables from market or do not know what to cook for tiffin for kids & husband this can play a role of a lifesaver that day, as it's quick to make and all love to eat it.ingredients :- *300 gms beetroot*1-2 Tbl spn oil*1/4 tsp asafetida (hing)*1/2 tbl spn red chile powder*1/2 tbl spn salt*1 tbl spn mixed seeds*1 tspn grated gingermethod :* In a pressure cooker add 2 Tbl spn oil* add curry leaves (optional)* add mixed seeds and give a stir* add chopped beetroot and mix * after 1 min or so add ginger, red chile powder, salt and mix well.* add 1/4 cup water stir and close the cooker lid.* cook till 2 whistles.* once cooker pressure is cooled down, transfer the vegetable into a serving bowl and garnish with toasted (roasted) white sesame seed.HAPPY COOKING!!!!
