Healthy oats chilla1 cup quick cooking rolled oats1/2 cup besan (bengal gram flour)1/2 cup finely chopped onions1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum1/4 cup grated carrot2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)4 tsp curd (dahi)1/2 tsp grated ginger (adrak)1 1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)salt to taste5 tsp oil for greasing and cookingTo make healthy oats chilla, combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl along with 1 1/2 cup of water and mix well to make a lump free batter.Heat a non-stick tava (griddle), grease it well using tsp of oil, pour a ladleful of the batter on the tava (griddle) and spread it in a circular motion to make a 150 mm.
