Classic Meal Prep combo Garlic Shrimp + Brocolli & Rice! Meal Prep Recipe 1lbs Shrimp1 1/2 tbsp Garlic
2 tbsp Honey
2 1/2 tbsp Ketchup
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Black pepper
1/2 tbsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp Butter

BroccoliHow to make:
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the garlic, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, and salt + pepper..Heat up a medium size skillet and add in the butter then pour over the mixture from the bowl..Let that simmer for 3-5 minutes until it becomes caramelized, and then add in the shrimp..Let the shrimp cook through on both sides and remove from the heat..While the shrimp is cooking, cook your rice according to the box instructions, and steam your broccoli..Now its time to get your meal prep
