High Protein Shrimp Meal Prep Recipe

Classic Meal Prep combo
Garlic Shrimp + Brocolli & Rice!
Meal Prep Recipe

1lbs Shrimp
1 1/2 tbsp Garlic
2 tbsp Honey
2 1/2 tbsp Ketchup
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Black pepper
1/2 tbsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp Butter
Rice
Broccoli

How to make:
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the garlic, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, and salt + pepper.
.
Heat up a medium size skillet and add in the butter then pour over the mixture from the bowl.
.
Let that simmer for 3-5 minutes until it becomes caramelized, and then add in the shrimp.
.
Let the shrimp cook through on both sides and remove from the heat.
.
While the shrimp is cooking, cook your rice according to the box instructions, and steam your broccoli.
.
Now its time to get your meal prep
containers!
.
Evenly distribute into each container, I used about 1/2 cup of rice, 1 cup of broccoli and 4 oz of shrimp.
.
