Ingredients:

1/2 kg Chicken
150 gms Curd
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
Salt to taste
3 tbsp Oil
1/2 inch Cinnamon, 3 Cloves, 2 Cardamom
1 tbsp Fennel Seeds
2 Onions, chopped
Coriander Leaves
1.2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 & 1/2 tbsp Chicken Masala
4 tbsp Cashew Powder
Water
Salt to taste

Method:

- Marinate the chicken pieces with curd, ginger garlic paste & salt. Keep it aside for sometime.
- In a pan heat some oil. Add cinnamon, cardamom & cloves.
- Then add chopped onion, coriander leaves. Mix everything well.
- Let everything cook for 10 minutes.
- Then add marinated chicken and mix well.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chicken masala & cashew powder. Mix well.
- Add water, salt and let everything cook well for 10 minutes.
- Once the chicken is cooked, the dish is ready,
- Chicken Korma is ready to serve with chapati / roti / rice.
