Ingredients --
For Muri / Puffed rice,
Pinch of salt
Water - 2 tbsp
Thick rice - 1 & 1/2 tbsp
Half kg salt or sand

For Jhalmuri Masala Oil,
Mustard oil - 1 cup
Onion paste - 1 medium size onion
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 3/4 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
Water - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Roasted jeera powder - 2 tsp
Dry mango powder - 2 tsp
Black mustard paste - 2 tbsp
