2-4 lbs bones
4 quarts water
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 large onion, coarsely chopped
2 carrots, coarsely chopped
2-3 celery stalks, coarsely chopped
1 bunch parsley (optional)
2-4 garlic cloves, smashed lightly
