Was told it was a Creole and caught on the east coast of Florida. Anyone ever caught or eaten these before? Would love some details on them. The meat was delicate and tender. I would say It's comparable to something like Yellowtail Snapper. The sashimi turned out really good. This would have been great for making nigiri too.
