Nothing beats the flavour of fresh homemade Pico de Gallo! This is a fresh bright flavoured salsa that's perfect with chips, tacos, burritos, or straight from the bowl...
Whatever you may call it: 'Salsa Mexicana', 'Salsa Crudo', 'Fresh tomato salsa', don't wait for cinco de mayo to make it.

Ingredients:
5 whole plum / roma tomatoes
1 small onion
2- 3 whole jalapeño peppers
Bunch of cilantro
Fresh squeezed lime juice
Salt to taste

Method:
Very finely dice the jalapeños, tomatoes and onion.
You can leave the seeds in the jalepeños or take them out, and adjust the number of jalapeños to your taste.
Chop up a bunch of cilantro.
Place all of these ingredients together in a bowl and give it a good stir.
Squeeze the juice of half of one lime into the bowl.
Add salt to taste and stir again.
Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
