#SujanFunKitchen is here with a Festive recipe Mango Sheera/Mango KeshariMango is everybody's favorite fruit and I have an easy recipe of Mango Sheera/Mango Kesari from my kitchen. Welcome to my kitchen adventure! Let's start on a sweet note! Mango Sheera/Mango KeshariIngredients:● Rava/Sooj/Semolina - 1 cup● Milk - 2 ½ /3 cups● Mango pulp - 1 cup of 1 huge Banganapalli● Raisins - as required● Ghee - ½ or ¾ cup or as required● Cashew Nuts - as requiredMethod:● Boil 3 cups of milin a pan and keep it boiling over sim flame● Meanwhile heat some ghee in a thick kadai/pan● Roast the Rava/Sooji and cashew nuts in the ghee till nice aroma of rava emanates● Add the boiling milk to the roasted Rava and briskly cook together● Now, add the sugar and allow everything to blend together - the mixture will turn watery now due to the addition of sugar● Keep cooking till everything thickens ● Now, add the mango pulp and cook together ● While stirring, add few tsps of ghee now and then● When the Mango Sheera/Kesari is non-sticky, it’s ready to servehttps://sujankitchen.wordpress.com/2020/05/24/mango-sheera-mango-keshari-unique-recipe/Please SUBSCRIBE to my channel if you liked my video.
