Methods and Ingredients

1. ½ Kg Boneless Lamb
2. Make Them Into Fine Strips
3. ½ Tsp Of Chopped Garlic
4. 2 Tsp Sesame Oil
5. 1 Tsp Soya Sauce
6. Add Some Salt
7. 1 Tsp Black Pepper
8. 1 Tbsp Corn Flour
9. Mix This Up Very Well
10. This Will Be Frozen For ½ Hour
11. Heat On
12. 3-4 Tbsp White Oil
13. Quickly Stir Fry The Lamb
14. Take The Lamb Out
15. 2 Tbsp Oil
16. ½ Tsp Chopped Garlic
17. ½ Tsp Chopped Green Chilis
18. 1 Cup White Part Spring Onions
19. 1 Tsp Soya Sauce
20. Some Salt To Taste
21. Some Sugar
22. Fry It Nicely
23. Add The Lamb In The Pan
24. 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
25. 1 Tsp Rice Wine
26. ½ Cup Corn Flour Slurry
27. Add 1 Cup Of Spring Onions - Green Part
28. Mongolian Lamb Is Ready
