*I may confuse you I said two different names of Japanese Yam Potato. Yamaimo, and Nagaimo. Those are the same thing. It is a small difference, but at this point and cooking this dish, I would say not to worry about the difference. You can find either name at your Asian grocery store.

160g/ 5.6oz Naga-imo/Yama-imo
80g/2.8oz AP Flour
1tsp Fish bullion powder
1tsp Dried bonito powder
1/2 tbs Soy sauce
200g/7oz Cabbage
4~5 Scallion
1 TBS Beni shoga = pickled ginger
2 Eggs
3tbs Tenkasu - tempura bits
Any animal protein(Put on the pan first and cook them, then put dough over the protein)
Okonomiyaki​ sauce
Aonori - seaweeds
Mayonnaise
Katsuobushi
