35 g unsalted butter, softened

Oil Dough
110 g low-gluten flour (pastry or cake flour)
55 g shortening
Filling
16 salted duck yolks
400 g homemade red bean paste, or homemade lotus seed paste
Wash
2 to 3 egg yolks
Black sesame seeds
