How To Make Hummus? Hummus or houmous is a Levantine food dip or spread made from cooked, mashed chickpeas blended with tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and garlic. On Universal Chimney, Smita shows you how to make this dip.

Ingredients:

1 cup garbanzo ( Kabuli Chana )
soaked for 6 hours & boiled with sea salt
4-5 garlic cloves
2 nos green chilly
1 tbsp Olive oil
2tbsp Lemon Juice
Sea salt as per desire
Olives for garnishing
1/4 tsp Chilly powder
